Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, we do not support any exchanges or returns of fulfilled orders unless they are incorrect or defective.
I received an incorrect order
We apologise in advance if you have received an incorrect order. If this happens, please email us at hello@foreve.co right away with your order details, so we can fix the order and ship the missing items as soon as possible.
Generally, we target to respond within 1-2 business days.
Kindly note that order is not possible to be fixed due to stock availability, a refund would be issued in the form of a gift card valid 1 year from issuance.
I received a defected item
We apologise in advance if you have received a defected order. If this happens, please email us at hello@foreve.co right away with your order details, so we can fix the order and advise on next steps for returns / exchange. To avoid potential disputes, kindly send us attached photo proof if possible.

The terms mentioned above apply only to orders purchased directly through our website. If your order was fulfilled by our authorized wholesalers, please contact them directly for support.
